Educational Background:

You must be able to understand the basic English Language (verbal & written).

Applicants must provide at least SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent certification to enter a culinary program.

Age Requirement:

Applicants must not be any less than the age of 13-15 years and must provide a physical guardian before entering a program.

18 years and older candidates may be exempted from this requirement.

Application Form:

Completion of an application form provided by the Culinary Institution is required.

This form collects personal information, educational background, and any relevant information needed before engaging in any training activity.

Letters of Recommendation: - (Applicable to Corporates only)

In cases of kitchen staff training, study transfer or job enlargement programs sponsored by the company or individuals, A recommendation from teachers, employers, or professionals who can vouch for the applicant's dedication, work ethic, and passion for culinary arts is required.

Personal Statement or Essay: - (Not applicable to 3Months Programs & less)

A 300-word personal statement or essay is required, this allows applicants to have the opportunity to showcase their passion for culinary arts, career goals, and reasons for pursuing the program.

Interview: - (Applicable to Associates Degree applicants only)

In some cases, applicants may be invited for an interview with the admissions committee or culinary faculty. This interview allows the institution to assess the applicant's enthusiasm, commitment, and suitability for the program.
