Enrolment:

To enrol in a course, you must meet the pre-requisites specified for that course. Enrolment is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. You must provide accurate and complete information during the enrolment process.

TUITION, ATTENDANCE & REFUND POLICY

1. Tuition Payment

1.1. A minimum of 70% of the tuition fee must be paid no later than 7 working days before the commencement of the programme, unless otherwise agreed by the Institute in writing.

1.2. The outstanding balance must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

1.3. Roux Culinary Institute reserves the right to suspend a student's participation where agreed payment obligations are not met.

2. Nature of Training

2.1. Roux Culinary Institute delivers hands-on, practical culinary education.

2.2. Except where expressly stated, all programmes are conducted in person, physically.

2.3. Students acknowledge that:

• practical attendance forms a fundamental part of training;
• physical programmes cannot be converted to online or hybrid delivery after enrolment.

3. Attendance

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes.
